2. Login with username and password that you can find in your Ticket.
3. Go to the starting point specified in your Ticket.
4. From now on the game will guide you along the adventure!

Once you have your ticket, you are free to start when you want! Your credentials will remain valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately it is not possible to switch the language in the game.
But no worries! You can book again the game in the correct language and ask for a refund or you can contact us and we will promptly send you the game in the right language.

The QR code provided by GetYourGuide or TripAdvisor will not give you the access to the game. Check your inbox, we have sent your ticket by email. On your ticket you will find easy instructions and your credentials to start the game!

Yes, a City Game can be played at any time. However, some places may be less accessible or make you feel less safe at night. In addition, the game can simply be played during a public holiday. This also depends on your chosen City Game. Secrets of is unique, it differs per city as in it you discover the secrets of your chosen city. The Syndicate has the same storyline in each city, but some missions differ. Sherlock Holmes contains the same questions in each city.

Yes indeed! You can choose from several games. Sherlock Holmes is a fun activity, using the city as a playing field, but where you don’t get any other information about the city itself. The Syndicate is a role-playing game where you interact with the city. And even with our discovery game Secrets of we will surprise you. You will get to know the city in a different way. In short, all City Games are fun to play even if you know the city like the back of your hand.

‘Sherlock Holmes‘ can be played in 6 languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish and Italian. ‘Secrets of‘ is available in English, Dutch and German. ‘The Syndicate‘ is for now only available in English.

In principle, all games are wheelchair-friendly. However, some locations may only be accessible by stairs or a steep slope.

While playing our City Games, you walk around the city at a good pace for about 1.5 to 2 hours. That means you will easily walk 3 to 5 kilometres. If you have trouble walking, you won’t be able to play the game to its full potential. Nevertheless, you can pause the game whenever you want. So should you want to rest, that’s no problem. You can start, pause & resume the game whenever you want. Do note that the time just ticks on, but this is otherwise not a problem.

But of course! Your dog is more than welcome. The City Games are played outdoors.

First of all, we recommend playing the game on the team member’s phone with the longest battery life. This is often the most recent phone. If your battery runs out during the game, you can continue playing on another phone. In that case, go through the following steps:
– Leave the game on the phone about to go out.
– Log in to the new phone with your personal login details.
– Close the game info window.
– Press start.
– Do not re-enter your team name and team members, but press ‘or resume with existing team’.
– Continue the City Game on the new phone.

Note: the time you spend switching to a new phone is added to your playing time! So the time you see in the app after switching is no longer correct. However, this has no further impact on the game.

No you don’t have to. You can play the game whenever you want. The City Game remains valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You may have to indicate this at various booking platforms such as Get Your Guide or Viator in order to buy a ticket. But again, after purchase, you can start the game whenever you want!
